Offline-first continuity Because Veona is offline-first, clinical work continues locally through connectivity interruptions and syncs when restored.
Backups Data is backed up so a facility can recover from data loss or hardware failure.
Support response Critical issues get rapid response; high-impact within the same business day; normal within one business day.
